Description

We are a digital branding agency located in Vancouver that offers its services globally and we're looking for an awesome Business Development Director to join our already-awesome team!

You will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams and your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.


Using your authentic communication skills, you will:
  • cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal
  • qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
  • contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • represent our company to potential clients
  • identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • build long-term trusting relationships with clients and provide superior after-sales service
  • proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Managing Director
  • report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • stay up-to-date with new products/services¬†


This is what makes you so awesome - you have:
  • a minimum of 5 years experience in an agency or similar role
  • hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • a track record of achieving sales quotas
  • experience with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
  • authentic communication and negotiation skills
  • ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • familiarity with G Suite (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • an understanding of sales performance metrics
  • a fun and light-hearted spirit
